New Cinema complex coming soon!

Plans for the new cinema multiplex are well under way, which will also play host to a whole bunch of new resturants. The proposed location for this new extravaganza is on the grassy area next the the Haverhill sports and leisure center.

It's a £9.25 million multiplex cinema and restaurant complex for Haverhill. It was open for public consultation on the 12th January 2007.

The features this multiplex will have are:

*A five screen cinema.

* Three restaurants, Frankie and Benny's, Subway, and the other has not been confirmed yet.

* A restaurant for 'drive-through access'.

* Over 400 parking spaces.

* Improved pedestrian links with the town centre.
